MORNING CLASSES & GROOMING:

Should we need to cancel grooming appointments or morning classes due to inclement weather an announcement will be posted on Facebook by 9am and if the office staff is able to get in prior 9am there will be an announcement on the Diamond Creek answering machine as well.

EVENING CLASSES:

Evening class cancellations will be announced on the Diamond Creek answering machine and Facebook by 4:15pm. There may be times when morning services are cancelled, but evening classes are pending–call into the machine or check Facebook to be sure. The announcement on the machine and post on Facebook will indicate if your specific activity is cancelled. Please do not leave a message to get a call back about cancellations – we ask that you call back or check Facebook after 4:15pm. If there is no special message or post on Facebook regarding a cancellation due to inclement weather, then the center is open and classes are running as scheduled. Again, the announcement of evening cancellations will be on Facebook and the office answering machine after 4:15pm. Please check AFTER this time to find out the status of your activity during inclement weather. Our Pet Retreat Accommodations do not close for bad weather.
